Message	Driving to work this morning, I changed lanes into a pretty tight space, and the guy behind me got pissed off and called me in to the police. I saw him get on his cell phone and check my plates, then he waved the phone at me. I wouldn't think it'd be an automatic ticket-in-the-mail situation, but what's gonna happen? I really can't afford this on my insurance, I'd appreciate some help here guys.
